| Eligibility |
Student Exchange Program (SEP) & Visiting Student Program (VSP)
- Must be a currently enrolled student at one's home university (SEP only)
- Must be nominated by KU's exchange partner institution (SEP only)
- Undertaken a minimum of two semesters of university level study (by the time you start at KU)
- A cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above on a 4.0 scale; or its equivalent

| Application Submission |
All students for SEP and VSP must submit the following documents:
- A completed application form
- Original academic transcript of records
- Statement of purpose
- A certified copy of passport (photograph page)
- Two passport-sized photographs of yourself (taken within six months)
- One academic reference (VSP only)
- Curriculum vitae (if applicable)
- The application fee of USD 50 (non-refundable) payable by cheque to Korea University (VSP only)

- Spring semester (March): November 15
- Fall semester (September): May 15 |

| The Assessment Process |
Once we have received your completed application then it will be assessed for eligibility. In most cases the
assessment process takes approximately two weeks. If you are made an offer of study then further information
package will be sent to you regarding orientation, accommodation and enrollment. |
